The blaze broke out in the basement of the home. No one was injured.

WHEATON, IL - No one was injured in a basement fire Thursday night in Wheaton. Fire officials have determined the blaze at 214 N. Fire crews responded to the single-family residence at about 7 p.m. where they were able to get the fire under control within minutes. The resident of the home was able to safely evacuate the home, according to a Wheaton Fire Department press release.
