Both Wheaton North and Wheaton Warrenville South varsity football teams are headed to the second round of playoffs this weekend.
Wheaton North, a No. 5 seed, will take on Fenwick, a No. 4 seed, in the Class 7A playoffs on Saturday. The game will start at 7 p.m. at Fenwick High School, according to the Illinois High School Association website.
Wheaton Warrenville South, a No. 5 seed, will battle Downers Grove North, a No. 8 seed, during the Class 7A second-round playoff game, which will start at 7 p.m. Friday at Wheaton Warrenville South High School, according to the IHSA.
