Wheaton Residents May See Helicopters Amid FBI Training

WHEATON, IL — An FBI training exercise will take place at Hubble Middle School in Tuesday that may bring helicopters and a significant law enforcement presence.

The training exercise is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. at the middle school, which is located at 3S600 Herrick Rd. in Warrenville.

In an update, the City of Wheaton urged residents not to be alarmed during the training exercise.

"This is a planned FBI training exercise. There is no emergency and no active threat to the school or community," the update said.

Residents are encouraged to avoid the area near Hubble Middle School and to give space to FBI agents.
