Molly Moorison of Northfield, softball, Georgetown University: “It’s the perfect school for everything I needed. The coaches were incredible. The program’s still rather new. It’s only in its seventh year now, so I’ll be able to come in and build a tradition.”
Josh Perlmutter of Glencoe, baseball, Northwestern University: “My dad went there. It’s Big 10 baseball and great academics obviously. I love Chicago.”
Meredith Fischer of Winnetka, rowing, Stanford University: “I just fell in love with the school, just being out in California. The atmosphere was casually awesome. There’s a collaborative, non-competitive approach throughout the whole school. I just got a gut feeling when I went there and I guess you just have trust your gut."
