$1,500 Worth of Appliances Taken from Rapoport Home

The home was burglarized on May 11, according Wilmette Police.

Several major kitchen appliances totaling $1,500 in value were taken from the Rapoport residence between May 1 and 9 a.m. on May 9, TribLocal reports.

Wilmette police issued a crime alert Thursday afternoon that highlighted the 3115 Hill Lane residence as one of several recently burglarized. The home was the site of the Christmas murder of Nancee Rapoport. A window at the residence was damaged by Anthony's sister, Brittney Rapoport, .

Hershel and Celeste Rapoport, who owned the residence at the time of the murder, are believed to be living in Chicago with guardians, according to police. Hershel and Celeste sold the home in January, according tax records.
