2011 Property Tax Appeals to Open in Late June

The Cook County Assessor will open for 2011 appeals in late June for New Trier Township residents. Most New Trier Township residents' 2010 reassessment values will remain constant on bills payable until 2013. Since this is not a reassessment year, only persons who have more recently purchased property will receive notices from Cook County, according to the New Trier Township's government website.
