BMW Stolen From Kenilworth Driveway Overnight

KENILWORTH, IL - An expensive car was stolen from the driveway of a Kenilworth home overnight, police reported Friday morning. A resident of the 200 block of Woodstock Avenue told police that someone stole their 2012 black BMW X5 at some point between 12:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 12.

Reports indicate the keys were left inside the vehicle. The report did not indicate whether the doors of the vehicle were locked or unlocked.

The car was not recovered as of later Friday morning.

Kenilworth police say the investigation is ongoing.
