Dear Patch readers, thank you for your interest in Dry Out West Wilmette. The campaign is not just seeking to enlist households directly impacted by flooding or sewer back-ups. It is looking for people who simply care about their neighborhoods and neighbors. Whether it's property values, insurance rates, passable streets, or structurally sound Village assets (Centennial, for example), all residents are impacted in one way or another by inadequate sewer infrastructure.
