Carson's a Victim of 2 Retail Thefts in 2 Hours: Cops
But police only captured the alleged offender in one of the cases last Wednesday.

WILMETTE, IL - Police arrested one woman last Wednesday night at Carson Pirie Scott in Wilmette, but the business was the victim of two retail theft incidents in as many hours that night, according to police.
Susan F. Small, 67, of Skokie was cited for theft at 9:30 p.m. after a loss prevention employee at the store said she was the one who stole five bottles of lotion valued at $39.45.
Less than two hours earlier, loss prevention at the Lake Avenue store called police after multiple offenders were reported to have stolen various items.

Two black women took nine pairs of Ugg boots and four other pairs of shoes before fleeing in a vehicle driven by a black man, police said. The suspects were nowhere to be found when law enforcement arrived.
