New Trier Township is now accepting applications for its childcare scholarship assistance programs. Parents and guardians that wish to apply for Before/After School financial relief are encouraged to complete an application that can be found on the Township’s website http://www.newtriertownship.com/services/child_care.aspx

The application deadline for the Before/After School assistance program is August 3, 2018.

Documentation that is required to complete the application process includes copies of a 2016 or 2017 income tax return, two paycheck stubs for each parent within the last 30 days, proof of residency (current lease, letter signed by property owner or utility bill), verification of child’s enrollment in a program, current fee sheet from provider and provider license number. Parents must be employed or in school on a full or part-time basis, and meet income eligibility guidelines.

Please note that New Trier Township does not enroll the child (ren) in programs. Parents or guardians must enroll the pupil in a before/after school program of choice prior to the submission of an application for a scholarship. If proof of enrollment is not supplied, the applicant will be asked to complete the before/after school enrollment and secure documentation before a scholarship application can be considered.

For more information about the Township’s Before/After School application process, please phone Jeanne Winsted Rosser at (847) 446-8201.
