A Morton Grove motorist has been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with the incident.

WILMETTE, IL — A Morton Grove man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly exposing himself in Wilmette this month. Police received a call around 2:15 p.m. on Aug. 19 that someone had gotten out of a vehicle and exposed his genitalia to a man near the intersection of 11st Street and Greenwood Avenue before driving away.
According to Wilmette police, the suspect's vehicle was located later that day. Its driver reportedly exited the car again and appeared to be adjusting his pants as if he would again expose himself, but a car passed by and he returned to his vehicle.
Arthur Zingman, 31, of the 9200 block of Natchez Avenue in Morton Grove was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, police said. His court date was set for Sept. 7.
