Meet the K-9 Reading Buddies. Saturday, April 9, 1:00-3:00, Youth Program Room, Wilmette Public Library. For grades K-4. Kids are invited to meet the trained therapy dogs who take part in the Library’s popular reading program which is run by the volunteers of K-9 Reading Buddies of the North Shore. You’ll learn about the dogs, hear each K-9 Reading Buddy's favorite book, and have a chance to purchase a K-9 Reading Buddy calendar which can be “pawtographed” by your favorite dog.
