Low-Income Energy Assistance Application Day is January 18, 2018
New Trier Township and the North Shore Senior Center are co-hosting a second energy grant application day on Janaury 18, 2018 in Winnetka.

New Trier Township and the North Shore Senior Center are co-hosting a second application day to help eligible households wishing to request consideration for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grants. Representatives of the North Shore Senior Center will be on-site at the New Trier Township office in Winnetka on January 18, 2018.
This is the third year New Trier Township has served as a satellite application center for the LIHEAP program. The LIHEAP applications are taken by appointment only. Applicants should phone (847) 784-6040 to secure a time with a program representative.
In order to apply for the LIHEAP program, the following documentation is required:

- Proof of Social Security number for all members of the household
- Utility bills issued within the last 30 days
- Proof of current 30-day gross income for all household members
