Masturbating Driver Harasses Woman

A male motorist traveling eastbound on Lake Avenue started beeping at a woman driving in the same direction near Park Avenue during the afternoon on Aug. 22.

When the woman stopped for the red light at Lake Avenue and Green Bay Road, the man pulled up next to her vehicle and continued to honk his horn. The woman turned to see him laughing and smiling, as he masturbated.

He then headed north on Green Bay Road in his silver Honda Civic, which had a wobbly rear hubcap. The woman didn't catch his license plate number but described the driver as a white male with dark hair and about 30 years old. He had a tightly shaved beard and was wearing sunglasses.
