New Restaurant Opening in Downtown Wilmette

Calling all foodies! A new restaurant, The Avenue, is opening in downtown Wilmette. The Avenue features an extensive menu, ranging from grilled steaks (like a New York strip and wild mushroom ragout) to seafood (like seafood ravioli with lobster-chive sauce). There will also be a wine list and craft beer selection.

The property will be up for a public hearing to consider a request to remodel the exterior on March 11.
