New Trier Assessor to Present Her Annual Tax Calendar Seminar

2019 is Triennial Reassessment Year, Homeowners Encouraged to Attend

After you vote on November 6th, plan to stop by the New Trier Township offices at 7:00 p.m. to get an update on your 2019 real estate tax calendar. This annual presentation by Jan Churchwell, New Trier Township Assessor, and Deputy Assessor, Len Shifflett, will refresh your memory and give you an opportunity to update your calendar regarding all of the steps involved in the annual real estate tax process. This presentation is of particular importance because 2019 is New Trier Township’s triennial reassessment year and each homeowner will be receiving an updated assessed value for his or her real property. The seminar is open to the public, is free, and will be held at New Trier Township offices, 739 Elm Street, Winnetka, IL 60093. The New Trier Township Assessor’s office can be reached at 847-446-8200.
