New Trier Assessor Will Re-present Annual Tax Calendar Seminar

Seminar Date Changed to January 22, 2019, 6:30 p.m.

New Trier Township Assessor Jan Churchwell and Deputy Assessor Len Shifflett will offer their 2019 update of the Annual Real Estate Tax Calendar seminar on January 22, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., NOT on January 8 as previously published. The session will give you an opportunity to review all of the steps involved in the annual real estate tax process. The presentation is of particular importance this time because 2019 is New Trier Township’s triennial reassessment year. The session is a repeat of the presentation held on November 6, 2018.

The seminar is open to the public and is free. It will be held at the New Trier Township offices, 739 Elm Street, in Winnetka. The New Trier Township Assessor’s office can be reached at 847-446-8200.
