Therapy For Healthy Aging, a New Trier Township Educational Forum will be presented at the township hall on January 24, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Elder care experts from North Shore Senior Options will share information about a new behavioral health (psychotherapy) program that helps older adults deal with anxiety, insomnia, concentration and problem solving. Licensed clinical social workers will provide information on short/long-term therapy programs available in-home or at NSSC campuses in Northfield and Niles.
New Trier Township Supervisor Alan Goldberg stated,“We are delighted to host a public forum that introduces this timely program. As the population ages people have changing needs and concerns. The North Shore Senior Center is a wonderful partner and we hope that community members will take part.”
Seating is limited to this free seminar. It will be held at New Trier Township, 739 Elm Street, in Winnetka.
