NTHS Students to Go Bald for a Good Cause
New Trier High School will host its first "shave-a-thon" to support St. Baldrick's Charity on Wednesday.

New Trier High School will host it's first ever "Shave-a-Thon" on Wednesday. The event will raise money for St. Baldrick's, a charity that supports pediatric cancer research.
Participating students and staff members will have their heads shaved by barbers between 11 a.m. and 1:1- p.m. at the Winnetka Campus's student lounge.
The event was planned by three juniors — John Brady, Jack Vorwald and Julian Good — who approached school leaders to organize the Shave-a-Thon. Brady has been volunteering as a "shavee" since 7th grade, and Vorwald and Good first got involved in 5th grade as students at Skokie School in Winnetka.
