Prostitution Arrest Made at Residence Inn
Woman's ad on Backpage.com gets response from Wilmette police.
A Cicero woman was charged with prostitution at the Residence Inn in Wilmette as the result of an apparent sting operation.
According to a police report, the 22-year-old woman posted an ad on Backpage.com and then was issued an LO ticket for prostitution at 12:21 a.m. on August 15 at the Residence Inn, 3205 Old Glenview. The woman is alleged to have offered to perform a sex act on an officer in exchange for money.
