WILMETTE, IL — New Trier High School alum Rainn Wilson Monday called for those in charge of the school's 1984 class elections to "find" him enough votes to overturn the results in his favor.

In an apparent sarcastic reference to audio of President Donald Trump telling Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger he "just want[s] to find 11,780 votes" to overturn the results of last year's presidential election, Wilson said he needed an additional 437 votes to defeat Jenny McKlusker as class treasurer.

"There’s nothing wrong with saying that you recalculated," Wilson told the "tellers and ballot counters" responsible for the 36-year-old high school election in a tweet.
