Evanston, Il--(March 2, 2016)--Central Street, Evanston, a distinctive North Evanston shopping district presents it's annual Retail Therapy Night, a late night shopping tradition going into its second decade. This year's event takes place Thursday April 7th from 6-9pm and will offer special discounts, raffles, refreshments and giveaways from participating businesses along the 1800-2100 blocks of Central Street, just East and West of Green Bay Road.

Retail Therapy is adding a "SPRING" to its step this season by adding a SIP 'N STROLL stop in at each business to keep you hydrated and full of energy for this fun night of shopping local. Central Street, Evanston particpates in Shop Small Stores, a campaign that has brought an awareness to supporting local business and investing in one's own community.

This special night is a thank you from the merchants and an acknowledgment of the strength and unique qualities Central Street exhibits and to the continual growth and expansion of this independent shopping and service district.
