Teens Wanted for Selling Candy in Starbucks, Panera Bread

Police in Wilmette are looking for three African-American boys, one of whom shoved a Panera employee when confronted.

Police in Wilmette are on the lookout for three teenagers suspected of trying to sell candy inside Starbucks and Panera Bread, one of which who allegedly shoved an employee of Panera Bread while confronted on Black Friday.

Authorities responded to the Panera at 1199 Wilmette Ave. at 5:50 p.m. on Nov. 27, when an employee said he confronted the three African-American teenage boys and was shoved by one of the offenders. The three left in an unknown direction.

The physical description of the offender and his associates matched the individuals contacted and identified under similar circumstances on Nov. 22 at the Starbucks in Plaza Del Lago, according to police.
