Wimette's Zoning Board of Appeals will host its August meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. .
Patch wants to give you a preview of the evening by highlighting parts of the agenda. Here's a list of the construction requests being presented to the ZBA Wednesday night:
- A request for a 4.59’ side yard setback variation to permit the retention of a two-story detached shed in the 500 block of Romona Road.
- A request for a special use for a detached garage in excess of 600 square feet and a 152.0 square foot (8.64 percent) rear yard structure impervious surface coverage variation to permit the construction of a three-car garage in the 800 block of 17th Street.
- A request for a front yard parking space variation to permit a parking space in the required front yard in the 700 block of Greenwood Avenue.
- A request for a 9.5’ side yard adjoining a street setback variation to permit the installation of an accessory structure (pedestrian bridge) in the 1100 block of Michigan Avenue.
- A request for a 10.59’ side yard adjoining a street setback variation to retain an existing accessory structure (play house) in the 2000 block of Central Avenue.
