Did you know WCNS offers extended day opportunities for Kindergartners & preschoolers?

Enrich your child’s early educational experience with WCNS programs designed to provide relaxed and supportive environment for your child to further develop personal and social growth as well as academic skills. Morning and afternoon extended enrichment opportunities include lunch brought from home and curbside drop-off and pick-up is available for students from all elementary schools. Children attending Central School are walked to or from WCNS by a staff member.

For nearly 55 years, Wilmette Community Nursery School has been one of the premier preschools on the North Shore. It’s play-based curriculum guides children in developing deep interests in unique ways. Centrally located in downtown Wilmette, WCNS is built by the community for the community.
