Jean Glunz nee Madden, age 80, of Wilmette, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She lived a life committed to her faith, family and service. Beloved wife of Louis J. Glunz, III for 55 years; loving mother of Mary Anne (Burr) Martin, Louis IV (Lucia) Glunz, Jeanie (Jim) Sullivan, Peter (Kristen) Glunz, Catherine Glunz (Brent Michael), Megan (Tim) Horton, and a late infant daughter; proud grandmother of Greer, Judson, Ainslie, and Nell Martin; Gavin, Ross, and Aidan Sullivan; Margaret and Louis V Glunz; Henry, Olivia, Meredith and Isabelle Glunz; Alex and Thea Michael; and Ned, Patrick and Thomas Horton; cherished sister of Julie Lawless, the late Jerry Madden and the late Joan Porter; dear sister-in-law of Mary Jo (Howard) Richardson, Ches (Gwen) Porter, Patricia (the late William) Spencer, John (Judy) and the late Patricia Glunz, Barbara Glunz and Joseph (Helen) Glunz; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday August 21, 2015 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral 10:45 a.m. Saturday, August, 22, 2015 from Donnellan Family Funeral Home to Saint Francis Xavier Church, 9th and Linden, Wilmette, IL 60091, Mass 11:30 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
