NEW APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS

NEW APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS

The Wilmette Park District's Board of Park Commissioners is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsay Anderson to the Wilmette Park District Board of Park Commissioners.

Beginning October 1, after being sworn in, Lindsay Anderson will begin her appointment and will serve on the Lakefront and Golf committees. In addition, Lindsay Anderson will lead the Wilmette Park District’s strategic planning efforts.

The Board vacancy was created by the resignation of Todd Shissler. Lindsay Anderson will complete Shissler’s remaining term which runs until the next regularly scheduled election in April 2023.

We are grateful to each of the seven applicants for their interest in serving their park district and community, and we thank them for their time.
