Wilmette Tuesday Blotter: Residential Burglary Alert Issued
Wilmette police issue crime alert in response to an attempted burglary.
The Wilmette Police Department has issued in the past week.
Authorities responded to a burglar alarm at a home in the 3400 block of Riverside Drive Friday at 7:37 p.m., according to reports. At least two offenders had entered the residence through a broken kitchen window, but took nothing from the home. Police believe the suspects fled into the woods. No one was found when officers searched the surrounding area.
