Woman Removes Pants and Urinates While Riding CTA Purple Line Train: Cops
Wilmette police say the CTA chose not to press charges because the woman has mental health issues.

WILMETTE, IL - The CTA opted against pressing charges against a woman who police say removed her pants and urinated on a Purple Line train as it was approaching the Linden Avenue station.
Police say the conductor called to report the behavior at 8:25 p.m. Thursday night.
According to a police report, the CTA did not wish to pursue charges against the woman because she was having mental health difficulties.
