THEFT
Identity - May 18 at 4:05 p.m.
A resident reported that a check they had mailed was altered. The resident reported they lost $4,475.
Prescription - May 20 at 12:57 p.m.
According to police, someone had picked up a prescription from Walgreens that was for another person.
Documents - May 22 at 2:20 p.m.
A resident discovered that an unknown person had taken a binder that contained a marriage license and other documents. The binder was estimated to be worth around $23,000, according to the police.
Identity - May 24 at 11:16 a.m.
Someone claiming to be a data entry job interviewer directed the victim to send them $3,500 via Zelle.
A resident reported that somebody had gotten into their unlocked 2021 Hyundai Palisade and taken their wallet.
TRESSPASSING
Vehicle - May 24 at 11:29 a.m.
A resident told police that an unknown person got inside their unlocked 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nothing was reported stolen.
Glencoe
ARRESTS
Traffic - May 22
A 28-year-old Kenosha man was arrested and cited with driving a stolen car, driving with a suspended license, failure to yield for an emergency vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle.
Domestic Battery - May 24
A 23-year-old Glencoe man was arrested following an investigation and cited with domestic battery. He was transported to Cook County jail.
