Coffee Lovers Rejoice: A Two for One Deal at Starbucks

Did you know that Americans consume 400 million cups of coffee each day? According to CoffeeStatistics.com, that’s the equivalent of 146 billion cups a year.

is making the holiday season a little brighter for all those coffee lovers with a special BOGO deal that starts Thursday and ends Nov. 20.

From 2 to 5 p.m. on those days, Starbucks patrons will get a second free holiday beverage when they buy the first one.

The BOGO deal is good on several holiday drinks, including the peppermint mocha in regular and “skinny” versions, caramel brulée latte, ginger bread latter and the company’s standing holiday tradition, the eggnog latte.

Prices Rising in Chicago

If you pop into a Starbucks downtown, you might noticed a 10 cent or 15 cent price increase for your cup of coffee. The Chicago Tribune reports that Chicago is one of a handful of cities chosen for the new pricing.

You can find in Winnetka at 566 Chestnut St., in Glencoe at 347 Park Ave., and in Northfield at 1801 Willow Rd.
