On Wednesday, May 2nd, Winnetka dining destination, Avli Estiatorio, will host a unique meze & wine tasting event with Avli Consulting Chef, the famed Diane Kochilas. Chef Diane has written 18 books on Greek Cuisine, including the IACP-awarded Glorious Foods of Greece, and splits her time between New York, Ikaria, and Athens.
Chef Diane Kochilas will be serving an array of new spring & summer appetizers alongside featured Boutari wines by the glass. The event is complimentary and open to all diners. Guests are encouraged to bring their cookbooks to be autographed by Diane. Reservations for dinner are suggested.
