This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit Wayside, the privately owned National Historic Register Landmark once the home of Henry Demarest Lloyd, famous muckraker journalist and his wife, Chicago Tribune heiress Jessie Bross Lloyd. Eat, drink and enjoy live Jazz music in the historic dining room that hosted Jane Addams, Booker T. Washington, Clarence Darrow, an exiled Russian princess and exhausted factory workers. Pitch some horseshoes in the magnificent garden, explore the house, and take a look at the remnants of the Lloyd Prohibition-era still!
