Blaze Engulfs Apartment Building In Woodridge: Reports

WOODRIDGE, IL — Firefighters are at the scene of a blaze in what appears to be an apartment building in Woodridge, according to multiple reports.

The fire broke out around 11:30 a.m. near the intersection of 75th Street and Woodward Avenue.

Residents had been evacuated and commuters were advised to avoid the area and take alternative routes.
