Marching Mustangs Take First in Class at Prospect Competition
Marching Mustangs take first in their class and third overall at the Prospect Knight of Champions competition Oct. 8.
The DGS Marching Mustangs performed at the Prospect Knight of Champions competition on Saturday and were awarded 1st Place and "Best General Effect" in their class. The Marching Mustangs also earned 3rd Place overall for the entire competition.
The band and color guard had what many thought to be their best performance yet this season.
Remaining events of the season include the performance at this weekend's Homecoming football game, and competitions at U of I and ISU. Congratulations to the Marching Mustangs and best of luck to all in the remaining competitons!
