Woodridge 4th of July Picnic

Join the Woodridge Special Events Committee at the annual Woodridge 4th of July Picnic at Castaldo Park! This long-standing tradition began on July 4, 1968, as part of the State of Illinois' Sesquicentennial (150th) Anniversary. Bring your chairs, blanket, and picnic games, and come out to enjoy a day in the community. Soak up the festive atmosphere with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live vocal performances set to upbeat DJ mixes - perfect for a laid-back afternoon with family and friends. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at family-friendly prices.

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:

Handicap parking and shuttle pick-up/drop-off are the only parking options available at Castaldo Park. With limited street parking and no parking in the ComEd easement West of the park, it is highly recommended that event attendees park at the Fred C. Hohnke Community Center (2600 Center Drive) and Village Hall (5 Plaza Dr). A bus shuttle will leave every 15 minutes from these parking lots. Shuttling begins 30 minutes before the event (10:30 am) and stops 1 hour after the event (3:00 pm).
