Darien Man Arrested After Fight At Woodridge CVS: Cops
Police say there was a fight between two customers.
WOODRIDGE, IL — A Darien man was arrested on Sept. 30 after he allegedly had an altercation with another customer inside a CVS store in Woodridge. Arnel Harting, 52, of the 3300 block of Allsworth Court, was charged with battery in connection with the incident.
According to a police summary, police were called to the store at 8645 Woodward Ave. just before 3:30 p.m. because two customers were fighting. Police arrived at the scene and took Harting into custody.
No injuries were reported as a result of the battery, Woodridge spokesperson Pam Ward said in an email to Patch Monday. Ward added that the investigation was ongoing so no further information was available at press time.
