DGN Speech Team to Host Test-Driving Fundraiser

The Downers Grove North High School speech team will hold a fundraiser to raise money for competition fees and to host the school’s mixer tournament, which brings together student from more than 30 schools in Illinois.

The Dodge Car Driving Fundraiser will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Aug. 17 at the Downers Grove North High School Main Street parking lot.

Dodge will provide cars for community members to test drive for free, and for every car that is test driven during the event, Dodge will donate $20 to the speech team.

The team hopes to raise $4,000.
