DGS Girls CC Conference Win Streak: 78 Meets
The streak began in 1999 and has continued for 13 years.

The girls cross country team defeated Proviso East 15-50 at O’Brien Park Monday.
This meet was the final WSC Gold conference dual meet of the season for both teams. DGS looks to complete the conference season with a victory at the WSC Gold Championship meet on October 15 at KLM Park in Hinsdale.

The win on Monday pushed the DGS dual meet record to 6-0 for this season and also extended the conference win streak to 78 straight meets. The streak began back in 1999 and has continued for 13 years.
A win at the conference championship meet would lead to the 13th straight championship for DGS girls cross country.
