At the forum, the search firm will collect feedback about what District 99’s top educational strengths and challenges include and what priorities the next superintendent should focus on. The firm will then create a leadership profile to assist during candidate interviews. The Board of Education has targeted naming the next superintendent at its meeting on December 14, 2015.
“It’s an exciting time for all of us at District 99 as we thoughtfully search for our next leader,” says Board President Dr. Nancy Kupka. “Our high schools are two of the best in the nation, and we are committed to finding someone who will deliver excellent educational programming and be focused on student success.”
The Community Forum will be held at the Administrative Service Center, located at 6301 Springside Avenue in Downers Grove.
