Donate to Toys for Tots at Woodridge Village Hall

The Village of Woodridge is collecting new, unwrapped toys until noon on Dec. 12 for Toys for Tots.

Donations of toys for children in need can be brought to the drop-off box in Village Hall, according to the village newsletter. No stuffed animals, please.

“Since 1947, U.S. Marines have been looking after America’s needy children at Christmas through their Toys for Tots program,” the newsletter states. “By distributing shiny new toys, Marines deliver a message of hope and let children know that someone cares. ”
