Please join us for our second monthly Healthy Lifestyle meeting where we discuss nutrition, diet, fitness, relationships, and all things health.
The May 10 meeting topic is "Nutrition: What We Need and Where we Get it!"
Following the presentation and discussion, we will demonstrate making green smoothies (plenty to sample!), followed by a meet and greet with a wide variety vegan/vegetarian breakfast and brunch foods.
Handouts and links to all past and current recipes will be provided. The meetings and membership are free of charge. Just come and enjoy!
