Drivers Claim Woodridge Company Skipped Out On Commission
Lawsuit claims company won't pay former employees and is withholding records.

Three drivers are suing a transportation company over claims that they are owed commission in excess of $17,500 as part of an equipment leasing agreement.
Marcin Picchota, Tomasz Weglarczyk and Mateusz Weglarczyk filed a civil suit on Oct. 9 in DuPage County Circuit Court against Best Transportation Company.
The drivers were allege that they entered into an equipment lease agreement with Best Transportation at 1020 Davey Road in Woodridge. Per the terms of the lease, the company agreed to pay each driver 55 percent of revenue generated by their commercial vehicles, according to the lawsuit.

Picchota, of Franklin Park, leased a 2007 Dodge Sprinter on Jan. 18, 2013.
Mateusz Weglarczyk, of Addison, leased a 2004 Dodge Sprint on March 14, 2014, and Tomaszc Weglarczyk, of Woodale, entered into a lease agreement for a 2005 Dodge 2500.

The drivers’ employment with the company was terminated in August. The plaintiffs maintain that the company owes each driver more than $17,500.
The full value, however, has yet to be determined because the company has not provided the plaintiffs’ records to determine the exact amount owed.
The drivers are asking for $17,500 plus in commission owed to them.
The case is being represented by Vincent C. Mancini of Ekl, Williams and Provenzale LLC, of Lisle.
