Eighth Graders Invited to Apply for Select 58 Award

Eighth graders attending Herrick and O’Neill middle schools are invited to apply for a Select 58 Recognition Award, given by the Education Foundation of Downers Grove District 58.

The annual award recognizes students with outstanding service and citizenry to their school and community, according to a news release.

All eight graders who are passing their classes are eligible to apply. The deadline is March 23.

An application can be found below on this page and on Herrick and O’Neill’s websites.

The Education Foundation will notify award recipients by mail the week of April 13. An awards dinner will be held May 6 at Herrick Middle School.
