Enjoy brews and bites at Bakersfield’s 4-course beer-inspired dinner

Merchant du Vin has been importing
specialty European beers to American since 1978. On Thursday, February 27th, BAKERSFIELD  will partner with Merchant du Vin to
host a 4-course beer-inspired dinner. BAKERSFIELD’s sister concept Standard Market provides
BAKERSFIELD’s chefs with a bounty of fresh, seasonal ingredients to use in
their kitchen. Executive
Chef Patrick Cassata
has prepared the beer-friendly menu, and Jim
Blockinger from Merchant du Vin will discuss the pairings. The menu includes
creative items such as Flemish seafood stew and bulgogi-grilled quail stuffed
with duck chorizo. Each course comes with a specialty chosen beer that
highlights the dish’s flavors.

COST: $45/person
