SEASPAR To Host 9th Annual Summer Golf Classic

SEASPAR will be hosting its 9th Annual Summer Golf Classic on Friday, July 22 at the Village Greens Golf Course in Woodridge. The Village Greens Golf Course is 18 holes of championship golf in a picturesque setting rich in natural wooded beauty. The format is a four-person team scramble. Individuals not in a foursome will be paired.

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start. Each player receives a box lunch, giveaways, and complimentary range and putting green use. An awards ceremony, buffet dinner, and raffle follow the tournament. The fee is $140 per golfer.

All proceeds from the Summer Golf Classic enhance programming opportunities for individuals with special needs. The outing is open to anyone who enjoys the game of golf and is interested in helping SEASPAR with its fundraising efforts. The registration deadline Friday, July 15.

Several sponsorship opportunities are available. SEASPAR provides year-round recreation services for individuals with disabilities and is an extension of the park districts of Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, LaGrange, LaGrange Park, Lisle, Westmont, and Woodridge, and the villages of Brookfield, Indian Head Park and Western Springs.
