The summer concert series in Woodridge presents the band "Swing Assembly."
Chicagoland-area based "Swing Assembly" was formed in January of 2009. This band consists of 11-12 professional musicians that enjoy performing together. Many of the musicians in the band are graduates from the prestigious Northern Illinois University School of Music. Swing Assembly plays a wide variety of music including Big Band, Swing, Jazz, Dance, Latin, Blues, Rock Horn Band and more. The band plays hits from Glen Miller to Blood, Sweat and Tears to Michael Buble.
