The Chuck Ceja Classic Charity Golf Outing

The event will take place on Sat Oct 8 at Village Greens Golf Course.  Registration starts at 8:45 with a 10am shotgun start.

Chuck Ceja was a vital part of the Woodridge Jaycees serving as a member and our past President twice.  He became very involved in the Woodridge community helping others in any way he could.  His everyday loves in life included his family, friends, music, and sports.  Unfortunately, we lost Chuck on July 7th in 2006 at the young age of 45.  However his spirit is still alive through many as well as the Woodridge Jaycees!  To honor Chuck, the Woodridge Jaycees named this golf outing after him hence the name "The Chuck Ceja Classic."

For the past four years the Woodridge Jaycees have been making charitable donations on behalf of this event!  In short we are asking for your support in one of five ways.

1. To be a sponsor for the event at Village Greens Golf Course on October 8, 2011.  This sponsorship will be in the form of a sign with your name(s) or your company name on it.
   1. $250 for a scoreboard sign (banner on scoreboard, 1/2 page ad in program)
   2. $250 to sponsor the beverage cart (banner on beverage cart, 1/2 page ad in program)
   3. $100 to sponsor a hole (tee sign at hole, logo in program)
   4. $150 to sponsor the putting contest (larger tee sign at contest site, logo in program)
2. To participate in the event at Village Greens Golf Course.  There will be door prizes, raffles, and an auction to help raise money for the fund.  The cost to golf is $125 per person, which includes green fees, cart, lunch, beer and dinner.
3. A gift donation to be raffled off or auctioned off
4. A donation of monetary value
5. Volunteer to help with the event
