With Halloween just around the corner, the Woodridge Police Department wishes everyone a safe and happy Halloween and request that the following guidelines be observed.
* Allow Children to Trick or Treat on Halloween Day, Monday, October 31st from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

* Be sure that children have adult supervision while they trick or treat and only go to homes where you know the people who live there.
* DO NOT ALLOW the treats to be eaten until they have been inspected by an adult.

* Wash fruits and cut into small pieces before eating. Examine candy closely and discard unpackaged edibles.
* Report suspicious or destructive activity to the Police immediately - call 911.
