Finance Assistant Named Woodridge Park District Employee Of Year

WOODRIDGE, IL - Mary Kasprzycki has been named the Outstanding Employee of the Year by the Woodridge Park District. Kasprzycki is the finance assistant for the Park District, a position she has held since 1996.

"Mary’s caring demeanor and dedication to the Woodridge Park District and community are just a couple of reasons why she was awarded the Outstanding Employee of the Year award," according to a December newsletter from the Park District. "Mary consistently volunteers for the District’s special events including, but not limited to, the Jubilee, Indian Summer Festival and Haunted Forest Walk, as well as the Woodridge Rotary’s Mini Triathlon."

She was also a member of the Woodridge Lions Club from 2009-2013 and participated as a Lions Club volunteer in addition to her service as an official member.

Kasprzycki joined the Woodridge Park District in 1994 as a public relations coordinator.
